necessary so that we can provide you with the best meal plan for your
successful weight loss. Also, a user is required to provide an email
address. The email address is used to keep user records separate from
each other and may also be used for us to contact you with matters
regarding Okinawa Diet, such as a newsletter, or an announcement about
a new product or service. Okinawa Diet uses a well established third
party vendor to collect credit card information. Okinawa Diet does not
store any sensitive credit card information on its servers. 3. Personal Diary By
entering nutrition items into "My Daily Planner", you allow Okinawa
Diet to provide you with a comprehensive analysis of your aggregate
nutrition intake by meal, day or over an extended period of time. It
also allows us to plot for you charts of your weight, calorie intake
and individual nutrient intake. This information is not shared
with anyone. Okinawa Diet may create statistics based on users' Meal
Plan entries to determine what meal patterns have been most effective
at losing weight among certain types of people. This information is
collected in a non-personally identifiable manner. Your individual
information will NEVER be shared with anybody else. 4. Order When
you enroll, order products or services on Okinawa Diet, we request
information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide
contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial
information (like credit card number, expiration date). This
information is used for billing purposes and to fill customers' orders.

voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to
